Shipping

All orders are usually shipped in 48 hours or less (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow seven to ten days for shipping within the U.S. Delivery time for overseas orders vary. Occasionally, due to an unprecedented number of orders or vendor delays, a temporary backorder may result in an additional 7 - 9 business days in-house. We make efforts to promptly provide information concerning backorder status and ETA. All orders ship USPS standard rate.

NiceneCouncil.com, ApologeticsGroup.com and the Center for Reformed Theology & Apologetics offers flat rate shipping per order. This means the more you order the less you pay in shipping cost. On many orders we absorbs a greater portion of the costs; we do not inflate rates. We are unable to use Media Mail extensively due to significant losses endured from previous use of this unreliable, unguaranteed method.

Rates

U.S. rates: $5.95 flat rate for shipping within the U.S.
Overseas rates: $12.95 flat rate on all orders outside the U.S.

If for any reason your order will be delayed, then we will do our best to contact you with the estimated delivery date if known. If the estimated delivery date is unacceptable, then you may cancel your order with no penalty, and any payment made will be refunded in full.

Returns

Every effort is made to provide quality products and service. If we make an error in the processing of your order, or if you receive something that is defective, you may return it within 15 days for a replacement product.
