Grace and peace in Jesus Name! There is nothing I hate more than asking for financial assistance. In fact, NiceneCouncil.com has operated as a for-profit business since we began, depending on the sale of product to help us make payroll and pay our bills.

However, since the summer of 2011 we’ve witnessed a decline in sales. This forced us to cut $25,000 dollars out of our budget for the first half of fiscal year 2012 and another $20,000 on top of that for the remainder of the year for a total of $45,000.

Despite these difficulties, all of us at NiceneCouncil.com are more determined to be faithful to the vision and calling we are convinced God has given us.

Everyday we receive emails from folks who ask us about Late Great Planet Church Volume 2 and Amazing Grace 2 wondering when they will be released.

The simplest answer – we have no idea! These projects will take roughly nine to twelve months to complete and right now we are in maintenance mode. This means that we have to work on short turn around projects that will not take a lot of time or money.

In fact, the completed script for Late Great Planet Church Volume II has been sitting on my desk for nearly a year and we simply do not have the funds to complete it.

What do we need to get the ball rolling and finish this important project? We need to raise about $72,000 and we are praying you will help us!

Until recently we’ve never asked those who receive our FREE material or our heavily discounted prices on DVDs like Amazing Grace, Marks of a Cult, Late Great Planet Church and others (we’ve offered these for $5 to get the information into the hands of God’s people) to give a donation.

However, our board has advised us to create a ministry arm and setup as a foundation so that those who believe in our vision can help by making tax deductible donations.

Therefore, we’ve created Nicene Council Ministries.

My question to you is simple, “will you help us by giving a donation to this work that God has called us to do?”

Without being too dramatic let me make this clear – if we do not raise enough capital we will have to reduce our staff (which is right now down to four people) and we will NEVER be able to complete the projects mentioned above.

Your gifts, both great and small would be most appreciated by me and all of the staff .
