Atheism and its primary doctrine (evolution) are on the rise in our country and worldwide. Scores of once “Christian” youth go off to college to continue receiving humanistic programming in secular schools. Their professors continue that which was taught in the government “public” schools – mocking Christianity and the God of the Bible. And the effect has been devastating. Many now profess (and live) as if there is no God. They are told that giving up belief in God is simply giving up childish beliefs like Santa Clause and the Easter Bunny. Atheism, they are told, is simply more rational.

The issue of debate between Atheism and Christianity has been pretty simple and stated quite succinctly. Atheism proclaims “there is no God.”

In fact, we are told belief in God is no longer needed to explain life, the cosmos, nor man’s ultimate purpose. Belief in God is, according to atheistic philosophers -anachronistic.

Christianity, on the other hand, boldly declares that there is a God, and that He has not been silent.

The Bible teaches that God is all encompassing and that “in Him, we live, move and have our being.”
